These notices explain how quote information is handled and how prices, payments, and project terms work. A signed proposal and Client Service Agreement control each paid project.
Privacy NoticeRead notice +
Effective July 18, 2026. Mainstay Web Co. collects the information you choose to submit, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, requested service, budget, timeline, and project details.
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare quotes, deliver services, keep business records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Quote-form submissions are sent directly to Mainstay’s Gmail inbox through a private Google Apps Script, and payments are processed by Stripe. Google and Stripe handle information under their own terms and privacy practices. We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards, although no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information, email mccuenwebdesign@gmail.com. Some records may be retained when required for accounting, contracts, fraud prevention, or law.
Website & Payment TermsRead terms +
Effective July 18, 2026. Website information and listed prices are general starting points. Your written proposal states the actual scope, exclusions, timeline, revision limit, price, and payment schedule for a project.
Use a fixed Stripe payment link only when Mainstay has confirmed that it matches the agreed amount. Custom-priced work is billed through a custom Stripe invoice. Website and package work normally uses two equal payments, with the final payment due after approval and before launch, transfer, or release of final files.
Monthly Website Care includes up to 30 minutes of minor text or image updates and routine checks per billing month. Time does not roll over, and larger work is quoted separately. To stop future renewals, contact Mainstay before the next billing date; completed billing periods are not prorated unless required by law or the signed agreement.
Clients must have permission to use all supplied text, images, logos, and other materials. Mainstay does not guarantee sales, rankings, traffic, or other business results. Third-party services and links are governed by their providers. Virginia law applies where permitted. If a proposal or Client Service Agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed project documents control.
